By subscribing to our Services, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBER GARAGE US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyber Garage Global and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Fresno County, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyber Garage Global concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
